I still can't get my hand on the optima yellow top D51 or D51R. Does anyone have any clue where I can find one, or, even if there is another brand that is basically the same battery, does everything the D51(R) does, and still fits in the factory honda spot.

 

they quit making them till the end or mid april....i called them because i have been waiting on them for about 9 months now....i went through 3 in two yrs cause one of the cells would keep going out so maybe thats one of the reasons they had a dicontinue on them,nobody else here in town has any either....but like i said i called them and they said sometime in april.

 

cool. thanks for your help. But i'm wondering if its actually going to be april. They keep making dates and then moving them back. Hopefeully this time it will actually be a legit date.

 

yeah thats what im hoping too...my little interstate the dealer gave me for a loaner just isnt cutting it so it better be soon......
