i am putting in an amp and speaker box. i have a panasonic cq-c1303u (site says its 4 channel but it only has 2 rca jacks, 1 red 1 white) receiver and i bought a 4 channel amp (audiovox phase linear upa424cs, has 2 red and 2 white rca jacks). can i just connect the box to the rear left and right hookups and plug the receiver to the rear left and right rca plugs?

i had that same amp, i had to take back the first one and the second one blew after about 3 months....

did you buy it at autozone? if so just keep your recipt cause i returned mine with no problems, if you bought it off ebay for $10 bux.....well....good luck, i did try a lot of stuff i shouldn't have with it, so have hope.

what it meant by four channel radio was that its 50x4 watts and since the amp is four channel bridge it and there should be a place on the amp with a red rca and say channel 1-3 put the red one there and put the white one whereitsays channel 2-4. hope this make sence.
