Default Question regarding running wire.

Hello everyone I own an 01 Civic EX coupe, and am trying to run a power wire from battery to the trunk, however I am finding it difficult to find a hole or an opening to run the wire through. Any help is appriciated, thank you.

there should be a place where there's some other wires being run through the firewall on the drivers side of the firewall right behind the strut tower.

you dont need to find a EMPTY rubber gromet... BUT you can use one with wires already going thru it BUT BE WARNED BEFORE YOU TRY CUTING the rubber to run the wire look on both sides of the wire gromet on the firewall as well as under the dash and look at how the wires are ran.... they dont go straight thru, they usualy go thru the gromet and clear on the other side and then goes in another direction. the worst thing you can do is cut thru the rubber grommet and cut into all the wires which can be VERY BAD!!!! so definatly check before ever cutting!

I ahve the same car (only silver)
take the lower cover off (where the hood popper is)
follow the hood latch cable to the fire wall and run your wire through there with the other cables.
That's howI did it

Yep just make sure its not rubbing on bare metal, because that will damage the wire after a while
