Default radio memory/ keyless entry

i have a 98 honda civic ex & have a alpine headunit. and for some reason since my car was stolen my radio memory always had reset everytime my i turned my engine off and my keyless entry system is not working. there are 4 wires that were spliced (2 red & 2 yellow) that are not connected to the radio but run through the wire harness to the radio. i connected those 4 wires together and that made the radio work but the memory still resets. i tried seperating the wires (just connecting the red w/ the red and yellow/the yellow) but the radio did not turn on. all 4 of those wires have to be connected together in order for the radio to turn on, but still the memory still resets. could someone please help me fix this problem along w/ the keyless entry system ? also my alarm system is not working ..i was just wonderin could that be the reason the keyless entry does not work?

well..if your alarm is hooked up to your keyless, then thats why the keyless is not working

for your deck..thos are the only wires cut? cant you hook it back to up how it was before they cut it, if not...depending were the wires are cut, i would get a new harness if its just the wires conneting the deck to the stock harness

The red wire on your deck is the power. The yellow is the memory.

I had a guy trying to install my stereo once. He touched a couple of the wires together (might have been red and yellow, or red and black, can't remember) Anyway, it blew the fuse connected to the yellow wire (memory). You might check your fuses and make sure that nothing is blown.
