I'm replacing my stock head unit on my 92 civic lx(putting in a Pioneer DEH-p3700mp) and woudl like to change out the speakers too. the stock speaker size for front and rear are 6 1/2". Can anyone recommend a speaker set for around 100-150ish(little more if need be) that will produce good highs mids and some bass, also can you recommend a good budget subwoofer(already enclosed if possible).

I prefer the Pioneer Premiers (the yellow ones)


We have to swap very few out and after a long time of abuse they sound almost brand new to me

 

Infinity Kappas like Remington said, but if you don't have that large a bank roll, hit up some Eclipses.

 

im lookin to spend liek 150 max total on front and rear set(4 speakers)

 

for that money get the ones mentioned above but if you are willing to spend some extra $ get JL audio or mb quarts components for the front. and rear

 

the mb quarts for $150 arent worth for what they are. I belive its the "Discus series".
