Default Sound insulating the rattles in my 97

Ok so my car is rattling insanely when I give any volume at all to my speakers. Today I put the music up loudly and sat in the back to try to figure out what was rattling. The only way to completely eliminate the rattle was to push really hard on the center brake light toward the rear windshield. What do you think the rear panel is rattling on? The windshield? How do I insulate it?

There is also a rattling from one of the front speakers. I think it's the wires rattling on the outside of the door, but I'm not sure. Can I put insulation inside the door on the outside wall?

What's the best insulation to use? Dynamat is really expensive. Can I buy the all-purpose foam insulation from home depot? They carry Reflectix insulation, which is foam insulation that is silver foil-wrapped.

Cheers.

Same thing happens with my brake light, the whole shelf thing rattles against the back window. For now I doubled up a towel and shoved it between the two but I'm waiting until I replace my back speakers to put down some Dynomat and put weather stripping around the edges of the shelf, since I have to uninstall it anyway.

Fold up a piece of paper like a small one so its probably like 1/8 of an inch big after folded and SHOVE it between the brake like and the window w/ a screw driver.. works.. i've done it on 2 cars
