Default Speakers

I have 2 Pioneer speakers for the back of me '97 Coupe Ex. The only thing is, I can't figure out how to access the stock ones! The cover is embedded into the frame of the car and I can't figure out how to get to them from under the trunk. I used to own an Accord and I installed the speakers and subs in there myself, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to do this. Anyone help out?

I thought the same thing. you have to take off the side panels in the back, then once those are CAREFULLY taken off, making sure not to break any of the clips, you take off the rear deck plastic piece... in fact i just got done posting this in another post. after the back is off, im pretty sure its just snap-n-go, im not sure if i had to take any screws out to get the plastic off... but then you take it out and the speakers are right there... waiting to be replaced. screaming through their paper cones.
