I finally got another viper 12.2 so now i have a complete viper system, but i was just browsing through subs on ebay and i stumbled across this...

of course i wouldnt put this in my civic, but is this sub a REAL complete sub or just a cone? because if this is the real deal i would just buy one just in case i ever got a '96 SS lol

this guy had another one that was buy it now for $130 and shipping is $160 = $290 and this is like a $1500 sub but someone already bought it.

wow im retarted, but the guy thats selling it should have explained this better, he does say it is a spair, but that could mean a spair subwoofer. I did some reading up on the solo x and a "spair" is actually just a cone and the voice coil assembly you must drop in if you blow the speaker, so they are real but the guy is trying to pass them off as the complete subwoofer.

uhm you've never heard of the Kicker SoloX 18? It's been out about 4 years now. That auction is for a SPAIR, which literaly what it sounds like. If you are competing and blow a coil, which happens frequently with that POS, the user can perform his own recone on the spot.
