I have Alpine type-R speakers all the way around, hooked up to an audiobahn 4ch amp. they sound extremely good. 6 1/2 in the front and 6x9's in the back. I think you're goingin the right direction

Mine is 6" (not 6.5) in the front and 6x9 in the back stock. Mines an Aussie model but. EK. Sedan.

6.1/2's all the way around was 92-95 models only.
