Where do I locate the ignition starter relay wire on my 96 civic ex?

Where do I locate the ignition starter relay wire on my 96 civic ex?
Installing an alarm right now, I went to the12volt.com and didn't see it in the diagram. The alarm manual lists the ignition starter relay wire, but I can't find it. In the diagram it called it the low current starter solenoid wire and it needed to be cut and atached to the relay
