Starter Relay 93 Civic

Starter Relay 93 Civic
Hello all...
I was replacing a sensor last night in the intake manifold because the check engine light was on and this was the reason... Sensor replaced, check engine light off.
However, when I went to go start my car, it would not turn over. No sound or "clicking noise" at all. All lights working fine so it's not the battery. I checked fuses but I cannot seem to find any blown. I put jumper cables from the battery to the starter and viola, it turned on. I took the car to auto zone to have amps/voltage checked on the battery and alternator and all is in working order.
I still believe it may be a starter relay/fuse. Where is this exactly located on a 1993 Civic? I checked under the hood and by the dash. The dash cover has locations on the sticked but they do not seem to match up. Possibly from a different Civic?
Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If it's a manual there's a switch on the top of the clutch pedal which activates a relay nearby (on the side of the car way up high). The problem is almost always the switch and not the relay. Unplug the switch and jumper the pins in the plug and it will start if the switch is bad.
Automatics I think only have a switch on the shift lever and no relay. It could also be the key switch in either case.
