Decide what you want first... tunes, looks, or performance.

If you want:

looks... suspension or wheels/tires
performance... intake or exhaust
tunes... JL Audio subs

thats my 2 cents

start with tint. if my windows weren't already tinted i woulda had them a shade darker. (check out my pics) but I did my stereo first then i got an intake about 2 weeks later.

Then I got my shifter and tires, which still aren't installed.

well... you're not always going to get a great deal on everything... tints.. I can't tell you, that depends on your town. We have like 2 places here in my city that offer a great deal. < 200 dollars to tint 4 windows.

Stereo stuff is always expensive unless you have access to a wholesale warehouse, an intake could be anywhere from 100 to 500 depending on the brand.

I spent 150 on my deck
150 on my sub
140 on my 6 changer
50 on my wiring kit/sub box
65 on my amp
-------
$555 for my stereo setup give or take a few.

190 shipped on my intake
130 for my shifter
280 for my tires
------
$600 for "performance" stuff thus far.

alpine makes goos head units, everything else is OK. Subs... I go with JL or Kicker, there are a ton of amps around.
