And I will be using stock speakers. Will all of this hook up? and will the speakers sound really bad in the system? thanks a lot for your time guys.

70x2 is at 4 ohms... 300x2 is probably at 2 ohms. Its a complicated thing to understand. Depends on the ohms of the speakers, how many you have, and how they are connected.

 

the power amp is for my subs. i have an enclosure with 2 12s. they are 600 rms. and i think 4 ohms.
