Should be color coded, connect the colors to the same color. Also, if you notice the colors dont match up, normally the ones with 2 wires the same color are the speakers (should be 8 of them) then you have a black ground, a red positive, and a blue antenna (i think thats right for honda's)

Connect everything like that using AT LEAST 3/8" of stripped wire held side by side and twisted rather tightly around each other, and then wrapped in electrical tape. That of course being the bare minimum, soldering is the best way for a connection with wire connectors right behind that

Todd's right, everything should match up, unless your re-wiring some sort of factory harness with funny lookin wire colors and what not. If it's an aftermarket harness it should be a breeze. You need to connect all the speaker leads though, + to + and - to -, don't leave any unconnected. Then do your powers and ground, antenna if you have one.

If you can spare a buck or two, pick up some butt connectors at a local hardware or auto shop, they clean the install up a little, and make a sure connection thats tight and won't rattle loose, if crimped correctly. Post again if you have any questions!

just wired my 00 ex. U need to connect all the speaker wires, (Greens, Grays, Purples, Whites) You also need to connect the Black"Ground", Red "Accessory Power", Yellow "12V Constant". Those are the main ones. Now extras depend on ur car year, and head unit type and your setup. The all blue wire is your power antenna. If your civic is is 00 or older u dont have to hook it up for sure. As for 01+ i dont know. Now if your head unit has an ilumination feature "lights up when your headlights are on" then you need to hook up the orange/white wire. The blue/white wire is there if u have an amp to power. Doesnt sound like you do just cut the tips off the wires you dont use them tape them off so you dont have them short. Should be everything you need to know

hook up everything except for the orange wires because if you do hook them up most likely youll blow out a bulb on your dash and if you blow one out then the rest wont work because on these cars the bulbs are wired in series...
