But FYI, if your teacher is incapable of discussing intellectual property:
Copyright is implied, even if the creator doesn't put a little "(c)" on it. Since it's for a class project, you "borrowing" someone else's work generally falls under "fair use" -- as long as it's NOT on the internet. The minute you put the class project online without the creator's permission, it's a violation, even if you give credit to the creator, and/or you're not making any money off of it. Of course it's damned near impossible to enforce any of this; ask the users here whose photographs are used as advertisements and earning money for ebay crap wholesalers. You don't have to believe me, but that's the way it works.

i know that....thats why i didnt bother to ask you to use it becuase its never going to be on the internet. i understand all of what you just said, i even seen some of our members pix on ebay sales and thats gay, i know its hard to enforce..thanks for not hitting me with the ban stick. (btw, you didnt kinda sound like it was a big deal IMO)
