naw, gimp is too basic, there's a reason why it's free lol. you'd be the first to say you get what you pay for

that's really good, the rims especially. imo, back windows darker than the front, but i still like it, gj

i know, its leagal to have the back windows blacked out but the front have to be seen thru lol, i was aiming for the realistic look, its a ****ty chop tho, i have to focus on the graphic for it to be good and my mom kept bitching she wanted me to help her get **** ready for thanksgiving tomorrow.. so yeah haha, but its alright, better than my first chop haha

how do you make the paintjob look realistic?

Dont touch the brightness when you FIRST add color is the key, and use A very high opacity

in gimp, how do you lower the car? ive been sitting here for about 45 mins and cant figure it out lol, but i found out how to put different rims

i was just making a new layer, filling it the color, turning down the opacity and eracing the outlines and then setting the layer to soft lighting and it looks half decent haha

edit: not sure about gimp but in photoshop, just use the lasso tool to outline the car except the wheels, then just copy and paste on new layer and drag it down!

yeah, that's what i do, except i cut out the body, not the wheels, and copy it. then use the lasso tool to grap the wheels, and under shadow and such and move it UP, then PASTE the body on top so it's tucked under

Using Lasso tool Or masking [BETTER] Select the car and the backround image meeting at bottom of the bumper. Do Not select below bumpers only above that bottom point. than just cut->paste->crop and your done.

Another Fun one........ I made this one over satureated and overall too colorful... but I wanted something different, i also used cartoon filter on it like Mitch did.

Emblem isnt in the same category as a huge Honda sticker. I think its pretty apparent that the car is a Honda. Its just as bad as giant redneck trucks riding with giant ford and chevy logos on the back window. Looks stupid.

lift kit? lmao i like my honda sticker, i like my projectors, and the tramp stamp, yeah, about that... the person before me superglued it... i peeled it off and the paint came with it so i just left them on.

Reaper is pretty aesome so it doesnt matter, and you have a pretty clean civic besides the projectors and build beast sound systems, so no hate for you lulz

yeah i just sold the 8 8's it wasn't working at all so im waiting on these new ones to come out in feb im getting 4 and when the owner was testing them 2 of them were as loud as my friends 4 15's so it should be crazy

get ur high's mids and lows.. 2 15's, 2 12's and 2 10's and 1 8 in the middle, my friend took his back seat out and built a box that covers all of it and had all those in it. plus 3 amps powering them, it shook the whole car, i couldnt even sit inside haha
