Well my point about the huge canvas would be that you could scale it down for logos and stuff like that. But meh, to each his own.

scenerio: you make a logo for hot sauce comapn and they want to advertise using a billboard

using a .PSD or Jpeg or .PDF the file cant be scaled more than 200% before you can start seeing the pixels and Jpeg artifacts.

so for the hot sauce company making a billboard they would have to get the logo you did for them and have it recreated in Illustrator.

I'm saying this because I think if you tried illustrator you would love it, and I think you you could do some killer sh*t

Well other than the billboard or perhaps a mural on a freakin' downtown wall, it would be fine[8D]

I would rather try and get really good in photoshop than switch programs. Might try it in the future though.

Photoshop all the way baby! --- I used to work for a company making logos for chip bags, coke cans, chicken packages, the whole nine. All we used were Macintoshes and Photoshop Baby! YEA!

For xmass Im getting cs3( i hope)
Which i beleive coems with illistrator and photoshop, but other that that 7.0 FTW! lol
