Given that he has not posted on this thread after a number of responses to the look of his car, I wonder if we didn't chase him away with HCF's strong anti-rice stance. Although I think we can all sometimes be a bit rough on newbs bringing riced out Hondas to the forum, I have to agree with trust that it's really frustrating to see so many riced out Civics, Preludes, Crx's and Del Sols. Almost every single 6th gen I see out by me has a fart can, body kit and fugly ricer tails. It really is a shame to see so many people ruining what are in fact, very good cars.

 

Not to mention it makes other Honda drivers look bad because all it does is strengthen the Honda=Ricer stereotype.

 

I can't even begin to express how much a hate being lumped in with ricers just because I own a Civic.

 

Ah, i just didn't check here in awhile... i did buy the car exactly how it is... only mod i did myself was paint the rims black... from gunmetal.

I do however, still like how it looks... i am going to get rid of front bumper, get a different bodykit one, keep the side skirts and the back bumper, but get the stock del sol wing.

But whether or not i have a bkit or not, it's not like i'm the one making honda's have a ricer name... People pick the cars 'cause so cheap to work on...
