Default My Brushing Practice FINAL PIC!

hey guys, im tryin to get better at brushing so i found this pic to try somthin cool haha its not much so far but this is what i have any constructive critisms would be good im not near done thats why it looks dull and unfinished but i'll keep updated when i am makin progress i started last night and this is what i have with a couple hours work so far

Man I've been trying to draw stuff like that....but I need to find some tuts or something to get me acquainted with those tools...I dont have any idea how to draw in decent shapes like that. Good work!

thanks man! i've drew them on a few of the contest chops for here (audi van scion) but i had also stretched peieces of the original to help me out with a design.. this one is just off the top of my head.. i got more done on it now but now enough for a enw updateits taking lots of practice to do this stuff.. i like the cartoonish/realistic look brushing gives tho

All the angles of the vents looks spot on, the lip is on.

Only critique is its still flat, you need to add some more depth to it. give it some midtones

yeahh haha i'll do that last... i'll probably add a background and put some reflections on too when im done the over all thing

heres what i have now.. its about ready for some reflections.. what do you guys think of the middle bottom vent? i dont' know if im likein it or not or if its overdoing it haha well thats why we post things up to see some more opinions right!

All of the vents look really good, but yeah you need reflections and more shadings in the actual bumper. Do you just pen tool it all? That's what I do.

yeah its pen tool this is just a work in project i'm not nearly done.. i'm just gettin opinions on the layout for right now haha.. what do you think of the look of the bottom in the middle? thats the peice that im questioning right now

the bottom outer vents I'd put some fog lamps in there, than it'd look sick IMO
