i strongly suggest not running your engine while cleaning it, for one u put a bag over the filter and suffocate it so it wont run, and you also take a chance sucking water into the engine. just pressure wash the block and head and the fuel rail and the fire wall and fender walls, you will be fine, i wash my motor like every week, you can eat off my motor. i dont car about exterior or interior, im a motor guy, its all about when you open the hood.

lmao, we had a heatwave and i set eggs on the sidewalk and it took an hour for them to cook haha. and who eats warm raviolies.. i love cold ravioli's and spaghetti o's.. just open the can and grab a fork.. eat it right out of the can haha. same with pizza.. always buy 2 pizza's. eat the one pizza and put the other in the frige. the next morning, you got cold pizza, its awesome for breakfast!

you dont have to, just dont hold a pressure wash to them thats all, i wash my motor about twice a week and i never cover anything, i also take my air filter off and lay it on the concret and spray it clean about once every 2 months. its mainly the sides of the head and block you spray and all around the engine bay.

I'm going to try to clean my car this weekend but a little bit afraid that using the pressure water will some how end up going everywhere even though I cover everything. Remenber...water could get in the smallest hole or crack and cause something. Any suggestion on spraying the water? like move it side to side or just straight foward on the engine?
