Default I hate scratches...... and bubbles.

Alright, so I just got a brand new '10 civic, with fancy shmancy window tinting, yeah. so the tint started developing bubbles. thats half the problem. the other half is when we went to get that fixed, they gave me my car back with this HUGE scratch. and even more bubbles. so would any of ya'll know how I can get rid of the bubbles in my car's tinting? and that big scratch? it'd be much appreciated. If this is the wrong place for this thread, my bad. but yeah, please if anyone knows what I could do to fix these things, I'd be super happy. I'll include a picture of the problem at the bottom of this post buuuuuut,
The lil' dots are the bubbles, and welll the scratch is the scratch lol. ughhhhh it's driving me insaneee!

i don't think you can get the scratch out without re tinting the window but here is a link with steps to get the bubbles out of the tint.. also works with getting bubbles out decals

Better go back to the shop who installed your tints and tell them to replace it again and complain about the huge scratch....
