Default Painting Trim

Hey guys I havn't been on in a couple of days, but I finally got my teggie and I love it. Ill put some post some pics up soon but first I'm going to paint the blk trim and the side skirts silver. I was thinking of using duplicolor and then a clear coat at the end maybe. What would be the best way to remove the trim from my car as well as the best way to paint the trim? I have a pretty good idea but I just want to make sure.

Thanks

EDIT: the blk trim that goes across the side of the car
