Is there anything out there that makes a polished lip on a wheel shine up alot more?

 

By far the best I've ever used is Mothers Billet Metal Polish. Especially for non clear-coated aluminum wheels. I used to use it on my old bare aluminum valve cover, it made it look like chrome. You can use it on clear-coated wheels too. Check Pep Boys its like $13 a little more pricey than your average wheel polish but worth it.

i use black magic wheel cleaner and it works wonders on the lip
