Angry rust!!!????

i was vacuming out my car at a local car wash and im so stupid...i had my door open next to the vacume and i was cleaning my center console and i put my e-break down (not thinking at the time) and my car slowly rolled back me not even noticing it. and my door was open and the tip middle section of my door hit the brick wall (vacume sits on) and put a crease on the end middle part of my door!!!! can that be fixed or buy a new door? ANYWAYS the part where it creased chipped off today and i see rust behind it. could i just put touch-up paint over it? untill i take it in to get fixed. low on cash at the moment. thanks

Sorry to hear that man!! If you contact a local ding/dent guy they could make it look better. Then just sand the rust down and touch it up. Thats the cheap and halfass way to do it. Then save some cash and take it to a body shop. Good luck!
