I couldn't find the trim restorer that shsportsfan12 had mentioned but did find a Mother's product called Back To Black that seems to work great.

Ok since this was about trim. If i take my trim off to paint it won't it be morphed and won't be easy to put on? I want to paint mine red to match my car. Will it go back on or should i just buy new jdm style trim?

those trim protectants and restore bottles aren't a permenant fix, scuff it up and paint it with some ordinary trim paint from a parts place.
