The simplest solution to make your car faster is LOSE WEIGHT. Faster means more acceleration... or F=ma... people always worry about acceleration but forget you can reduce mass. Get lighter rims, more carbon fiber, lose the backseat, lighter clutch, lighter seats, etc...

These are simple things that dont f*** with your engine, the most important and complicated part of the car.

well of course i know that, i mean i already ordered a cf hood that should be coming in this week, but if i can do some engine stuff id rather do that instead of just getting seats and like a cf trunk (which would still be ba)

http://www.importperformanceparts.net/

you forgot denso iridium spark plugs and also Apexi Super Grounding System(comes w/voltage equilizer) it said that it gave a sti i think, 8 hp. And said anywhere from 5-9hp for most cars.

^ that is in no way true for our motors, iridium plugs will do nothing but waste money and a grounding kit will definately not give you 8hp, if you got any from a grounding kit you might pick up 1-2ft/lbs torque.

if you go Y8 mani swap make sure you call company you are looking to get intake from, tell them what you are doing and ask what is best to fit
Y8 manifold swap w/ bigger TB

^ search the DIY section, I did a complete write-up minus the IACV which I'm still working on, well I believe I have it down to a vac leak.
