AEM Fuel Ignition Controller for built B18C N/A
Hey Guys,
Recently I built a new Motor for my 92 EG9.
B18C JDM Motor
Wiseco Forged Pistons 12:182mm
Crower stage 3 Cams, Valve Springs, Retainers, Cam Gears
Injen Cold Air Intake w/K&N Filter
BBK Trottle Body 70mm
DC 4/2/1 Headers
2 1/2" Exhaust with Mandrel Pipes
MSD Plug Wires, Blaster Coil
MSD Injectors 395cc
Head Port and Polished
I also changed all other parts to make sure I had a spanking new Engine when I was done so I wouldn't have to go back in there for a while. It was built to withstand a "beating"
I will be installing a 5 speed Transmission (Y21 from a B16A)this week...currently running automatic.
I am also running a stock ECU I am being told that the AEM Fuel Ignition Controller is a good addition to the build. Will this tune my car properly and how does this compare to a Hondata system????
Thanks
well its a piggyback as compared to tuning/chipping an OBD1 ECU, so Hondata would be better, but thats about as much as i know as far as how much you will need Hondata vs. just needed a slight tune with the piggyback
