what kind of moding would you have to do to start worring about running to lean on the fuel? Is a cold air intake, monster throttle body, intake manifold going to cause you to run to lean on the fuel?

No it wont. If your concerned all you have to do is get a fuel pressure gauge and an adjustable Fuel pressure regulator. The only way to make a honda lean is with Higher compression or boost.
