Default changing milage

ok, first off i dont know if this is the rright forum, i saw that the sub title had electronics in it and this question applies.

Now i know it is illegal to do this IF you are doing it to reverse milage on a vehical and then sell it. I m not doing that. My gauge cluster broke and i got an integra cluster and am planning on doing the swap over. My question is this, how do i change the milage back to the milage on my car. I know it can be done, but i cant find any info on it at all.

Can someone please helkp me, i dont want to wait 45,000 miles b4 swapin out clusters.

Doubtful.
Ask around locally, it's your best bet.

I really doubt that, they won't even change your speed limiter.

some neighborhood mech should be able to help you. Especially if he's a mech on a used car lot.

If you replace the cluster for the purpose of fixing it then no it is not illegal, it is only illegal if you roll the cluster back. that is what i was told anyway
