05 Civic LX Sedan. I think the previous owner tampered with it... The check engine light won't turn on. Not when the key is only turned half way either. Every other light on the instrument cluster works except the CEL. Connected an OBD2 reader and just got a code for an o2 sensor so nothing major. Any ideas what it could be?
