i got a 99 civic ex, got a lil issue, when i turn my lights on for the parking lights only, my cluster and interior lights, light up, but my outside lights, liscence plate light, and my parking lights wont turn on.
i checked the fuse, i even got a new switch, but it didnt work out.
any1 had similar problems?

 

Double check fuse 32 under the dash. It may be blown or loose.
