cut out

What is the cut off for on the 99 civic ex? i know red line is 6900rpms i need to know what cut off is? I'm installing my Accel ingition kit right now and trying to determine rev limiter.

I don't know what the factory cut off/limit is for it but I probably wouldn't go over 7500 myself
