Default Disabling fuel pump fuse

I don't really have any money to buy an alarm and I will be temporarily working in an area with a lot of car theft going on...so in trying to find cheap ways to protect my car I figured if I just took out the fuel pump fuse when I left the car anyone who tries to start it...wont be able to. My question is, is there any sort of damage that can result from repeatedly removing the fuel pump fuse, and leaving it out for extended periods of time?

Yes I know this isn't failsafe protection, but its free deterrent, and hey even if they have a spare fuse (who carries one of those) I won't be leaving the plastic lable inside so unless they really know their hondas i dont think they will know which one is which...

I think that a great idea, but just hide a toggle switch under there somewhere so you don't have to hassle with pulling and replacin ght fuse everytime. You could get one of those number pads too that you have to punch in a code if you think someone will find the switch. I am gonna put a switch in as soon as I get off my lazy ***.

Very nice DIY for a fuel pump kill switch. Even a screw driver and hammer challenged person like myself could do that. (of course I'd be the one that it didn't work the first time).

Here's another link you should check out. An immobilizer connected to both your ignition and fuel pump, that way even if the thief does manage to start your car, it won't leave the driveway. Chances are, it won't even get started.
