Default DOHC ZC but no PM7 ECU

I've purchased a ZC thinking about popping it into our nice 88 CRX SI, but have reconsidered keeping the SI stock and upgrading an '88 DX. Got a '90 SI engine wiring harness but haven't gotten the ECU from seller and maybe never will.
Are the PM6 & PM7 ECUs able to emulate a PM7? What are my options?

A decade ago I resolved transplanting an SI engine into an HF using 750 Honda motorcycle carbs. Ran great, but the fact that it ran good with aluminum slides even in zero F degree weather blew my mind .

PM6 will run a dohc zc no problem. Not quite as much power, but oh well.

88-89 integra works also, better than PM6. Has to be 88-89, pre-88 has vacuum advance distributor.
