Default which ecu
i just bought a d15b vtec i origanally had a d16 vtec could i use my factory ecu the p28 on the d15b when i bought it they told me it would be a direct swap and i can use the ecu i have already

Yes, it works. As long as your not changing from manual to automatic or automatic to manual, because then you'd need a P28 auto or manual, depending on what tranny you will be using.
