My 99 civic is stalling when coming to a stop. It starts to shake then the battery and oil light come on then it stalls. Honda and two other Honda mechanic specialists cannot figure out the problem because it will never stall for them. Could this be an ECU problem? This only happens every so often but when it acts up it will stall at every stopI make.

 

I had a trouble with my honda civic 99 ex, revolution meter go down, until motor stop,the problem was the ECM(computer),
were the transistors that control valve IAC, I change them and now the car it is OK.

before transistors change, I increased velocity revolution to see if a had a trouble with valve IAC control. and problem disappeared.
