Default Engine Management Help

I'm looking at doing a mini-me swap on my 05 civic, new header and exhaust, and later on a turbo. Looking for a EMS and came across the greddy e-manage system http://store.rms-usa.com/grepfuco.html will this system be enough for my applications? the system should also eliminate the need of a vtec controller too right?

you are still going to need an EX ECU, the Greddy system is a piggyback, from my understanding unless you get an EX ECU you will not be able to engage VTEC; your LX ECU won't know it's there.

have you thought about hondata s300? its a full standalone and is fully tunable if you have a laptop with basically all the same features of the emanage
