Default Engine Swap

I have a 1997 honda civic ex and i swaped a D15B into it. well now im having trouble with my rev-limiter kicking in around 4500 rpms and once the car gets warmed up it starts acting like its over loading and missing on random cylinders. im not sure what the problem is and i was just wondering if anyone can help. Thanks

sorry im kinda new at this whole forum thing lol but yeah im running the stock obd2 ecu that came in the 1997 civic and every one says it should work but im starting to believe its not going to lol it could be my wiring but im pretty sure everything is hooked up right but who konws.. i mean obviously the v tech plugs are both still un plugged and the crank sencor is not plugged up bc this engine does not have one but other than that i was thinkin maybe it could be a vacuum problem but im not sure.

buy a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness and buy a P28 ecu from a 92-95 civic ex/si
