I have an aem sri and a megan racing cat-back coming in the mail soon( I don't know where that hoe is). How would running rich effect your cat. And about how much psi should I run it on? I have no idea. Also, sorry about posting late, I've been really busy.

Running rich will wear down your cat much faster. As for psi, I'm assuming you mean FPR OEM setting is 43.5-45, peak performance for most injectors is 65. You should run it at OEM settings.

a fuel pressure gauge will only let you know if your fuel pump is able to supply the needed fuel, and an a/f gauge like said above is totally useless, ESPECIALLY for tuning purposes. You're going to spend about $50 to watch that needle dance back and forth from rich to lean... you will need a wideband o2 sensor, and all that will do is tell you your a/f. You cant adjust anything from it.

running rich will burn out your cat and cost you hp, running lean will burn out your cat, cost you hp and possibly blow your motor by way of detonation. A wideband will tell you right where you are and with the proper mod (fuel controller) you can maximize yoru power.

Polo bailed ... I guess that makes me your forum Supercharger guy.
Bite your tongue! haha

So I should probably leave fuel tuning alone for now.
