fuel rail

Default fuel rail

ok, im new here but ive had my 92 civic for about 6 months. I am getting a new fuel rail and i was lookin at the old one to see if i could put the new one in or not. Is it an easy job? It dosent look to tricky to me.

Are you running supercharge/turbo or anything??? cuz it you install a new fuel rail alone it really wont do anything but use more gas.

im goin to get 1 too...........u just gotta depressureise the fuel system i dont think itll be 2 hard.

no, im runnin the stock fuel system, i have header, intake, 8mm plug wires, thats it.

I dont know what it will do to ur car but most people use fuel rail if they are running turbocharge.

yea dude, you should at least get slightly bigger fuel injector, but even those won't be any good with out some good engine mods.

a fuel rail is only needed if your engine needs more fuel sent to it.......as above, if you've done some modifications to your engine such as turbo, etc.

well, you dont need it yet. but on the bright side, it wont hurt a damn thing. and its a simple install. just be sure to relieve the fuel system pressure first. (well, second, disconnect the negative from the battery first.)
