is it suppose to wet all the plugs or just a couple???...im having trouble starting my car and i noticed today that the outside ones are getting wet but the inside ones are pretty dry so i wasnt sure if the rail is messing up.

the plugs shouldnt look "wet".. they could be fouled out.. try either burning off the excess fuel or replace them
