Default high AND low beams?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if there was any way to make the low beam stay on with the high beam for a 99 civic. Maybe replace a relay with a wire or something like that?

Well, I'm an electrical engineering student so I knew how to do it that way, thanks though! I was wondering if there was some sort of a relay or something already in the car that turns the lows off when you turn on the highs of it was just the switch that did it. I'm just curious because of how you can turn them both on when you pull it half way.
