Default injector ?

I have a 98 Hx with a d16y5. Would I make more hp by swapping to some Ex d16y8 injectors? More fuel + more air = more hp.

lol, your stock injectors are fine. more fuel + more air = more hp only with a tune. And your not going to get "more air" from a cold air intake. You will have to turbo or supercharge ur d. Also i dont think ex injectors are any bigger.

The HX was specifically designed to get exceptional gas mileage and to produce low emissions. Why not just enjoy your small carbon footprint and gas money savings?

I didnt think I would be worth doing but I just wanted to see what people had to say. I know a CAI would not supply enough air to need bigger injectors but some head work and higher compression might.

Yeah Im just looking at all the options to make some more power out of this thing. I have a guy that does polishing for my company and he will port and polish the head for $100.

yes, more air + more fuel = more combustion = more power. But where is this extra air coming from? An intake doesn't give you enough extra air to even consider swapping injectors. Forced induction is where injectors get important.
