I got a Eee PC, Great battery life/power consumption, and i was wondering if there was a way to make it a permanent on the go ECU flasher, datalogger and general engine info display? BTW i have a d16y8 OBD2. not sure where to begin with this thanks!

 

The only think I can think of would be converting to OBD1, buying a P30 or p28 (more commonly found), chipping it, and installing a Hondata S300 system.

Read up on everything it can do. Basically anything and everything you could ever want to do is there at your fingertips

 

This going to be a fun little project! Looks like the S300 got it all in style. If I wire my Eee PC directly into my car it would make an awesome control unit.
