I just bought a '98 Honda Civic, and I love it! I have an alarm, stereo, and rims for it. However.... I cannot get it to pass emissions! So basically, I can't get it legal to drive around. I have been to four different mechanics, including the Honda dealership!, and they have all told me that they can't find anything wrong with it. They all tell me to drive a hundred miles on it and it should do the trick.... well I have driven over 2,500 miles and still it wont pass. The OBD is not ready! I don't know what that means, or how to fix it. I don't know what to do, I have driven way more than they have all told me to, I am about to run out of temparary plates, and I can't get the "OBD" to ready itself!
