Default OBD 0 TO OBD 0 change over

I am changing out the engine in my 1989 Civic hatch. It currently has a D1.5 with DPFI. I'm putting a 2000 model D16y7 MPFI. I've located a ECU out of a 90-91 civic with MPFI and a resistor box. Can anyone give me more details on a swap like this? Do I have everything I need to make this work? I'm not interested in chipping or anything like that. I just want a dependable daily driver. Any help would be greatly appreciated
