Default OBDO Tuning?

I have a 1st gen B16A I am planning to run a mild turbo set up on. Now my question is how do i go about taking care of the engine managment? Hondata is made for obd1 as well as other so do i have to swap my ecu or is there tuning for odb0?

Thanks guys.

You have to convert to OBD1.

It can be more complicated than that sometimes.

OP: do you have MPFI or DPFI?

If i were to instead do a mild n/a build 9say stage 2 cams and head build), could i just get a piggy back system/ chip for the i believe pr3 ecu? or is there no way around an obd0 ecu?

I think all you'll have to do is ECU conversion harness then and the OBD1 ECU for it (P28 I think?). Since you need to buy an ECU I recommend buying a chipped ECU since in the future you'll need a chipped one anyway.

You could probably piggyback but it's not worth it. They're expensive and they suck compared to a chipped ECU/tune.
