Default question on adding wires to ecu plug

For wiring in vtec, is there any type of makeshift wire pin to insert into the ecu plug, or does everyone just "shove and twist"

Any idea if all honda's use the same type of ecu plug pins, or if its specific to models?

Im not using my p2p ecu yet with my y8 due to lack of extra ecu pins. How reliable is this "shove and twist" you speak of ? kus if it works I will have vtec this weekend!

thats cool. mine was 35 from ebay. I took some pins out of an old stereo pigtail and used them, they seemed to fit ok, but i wont know for sure because Im getting misfire CEL right now.

2 injectors are missing those little plastic things with the 0-rings on the tips, so im getting more of those hopefully to solve the problem.

When I get that mess sorted out, I'll let you know if vtec works ok.
