Default Quick question

Hello all. I just got done installing a B16A into my 97 EX coupe.

I was wondering for the ECU can I just use a STOCK p28/P30 to convert it over to OBD1 or would I need a chipped one?

If I can jsut use a stock p28 no modifications, then I'll start the wireing work

If not, what would I need to do?
