Racing Chips?

Im not totally sure what they do, and how they supposedly increase hp, but do they actually work?

Doesnt matter what they do because youre not gonna get one. "Chips" = fail. /story

It's second from the top of the "ECU Tuning & Fuel Management"

horsepower cost money. And anything that seems to good to be true, probally is.

If you're talking about the $20 ebay chip, READ ME!. I didnt want to get into this, but basically chipping/tuning is necesarry when your car has some major modication where timing needs to be retarded and more fuel has to be supplied throughout the powerband, so the ECU needs to be chipped and then tuned. "Chipping" your stock or bolted-on Civic would do basically ntohing, especially not for the price.
